Morning Flow - 1 Hour

Wake up and get your body and mind moving with this mixed level flow class.  Move with your breath while building strength and working your core.

Beginner Yoga

This class is a great place to begin your yoga practice or following our Intro series.  Also for those who like to take it a bit slower with more instruction.

Feel Good Yoga - 1 Hour

Breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance.  Suitable for all levels

Energizing Flow - 1 Hour

Rise and shine! A faster moving vinyasa flow class to get you moving.  Mixed level

Weekend Reset - 1 Hour

Start your weekend off right.  Join us for this mixed level flow class designed to energize your body and clear your mind from the stresses of the work week.

*15 Minutes of Meditation immediately following class - optional

Slow Flow - 1 Hour

A slower flowing class designed to ease you from your weekend and back towards your work week feeling balanced and centered.  Suitable for all levels.


*You must be 15 years of age or older to practice in our studio.

Move, balance, stretch and flow through this mixed level class suitable for those with some yoga experience.  Concentration on alignment and using your breathe through the poses.

Restorative

 Wind down your mind and body with this slow calming class.  Move and  stretch your way into a great evening. 

Hot Yoga

5 Week Intro Series

This is a 5 week series designed to take someone who has never done yoga before through all the basic postures and poses.  A strong emphasis is placed on proper body alignment and breathing technique.  Must register for this series in advance.  Check our shop for the next available date.

Yes we have Hot Yoga! 


Join Michelle every Sunday night at 7pm for a more  demanding hot vinyasa flow class focused on strength and  conditioning.  As you flow you'll begin to feel heat and energy moving all around you, your breath deepens, your joints release and muscles lengthen.  Previous experience with vinyasa flow a must.  No beginners please.  Level 2 class.


Join Alesha every Friday night at 530pm for beginner hot yoga.  If you've ever wanted to try hot yoga but need a slower flow, this is a great class to get you moving while feeling the heat.  All levels welcome!

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.

Have you wanted to try yoga but didn't know where to start?  This is the class for you.  This 5 week consecutive series teaches you everything you need to know to walk into any yoga class with confidence.  Sign up in advance to reserve your spot!  You must register in advance for this series.

Yoga for Golfers Workshop

This men's only workshop will add strength, focus and flexibility to your golf game.  Learn how to warm up with movements to improve range of motion, build core stability, prevent pain and up your game.  Workshop begins Wednesday March 6th @ 7 pm and runs every Wednesday for 4 weeks.  Class time is 1 hour each week.
