Morning Flow - 1 Hour

Wake up and get your body and mind moving with this mixed level flow class.  Move with your breath while building strength and working your core.

Yoga 1 - 1 Hour

This class will strengthen your current practice, allowing you to build a firm foundation with focus on alignment and the breath.

Energizing Flow - 1 Hour

Rise and shine! A vinyasa flow class to get you moving.  Mixed level

Feel Good Yoga - 1 Hour

Breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance.  Suitable for all levels

Weekend Reset - 1 Hour

Start your weekend off right.  Join us for this mixed level flow class designed to energize your body and clear your mind from the stresses of the work week.

*15 Minutes of Meditation immediately following class - optional

Evening Flow - 1 hour

Wind down your mind and body with this slow flow class.  Breathe, move and stretch your way into a great evening.

*You must be 15 years of age or older to practice in our studio.

Yes we have Hot Yoga!  Join Michelle every Sunday night at 7pm for and invigorating practice in a room heated to 90 degrees.   Must have experience with Vinyasa Flow and all standing postures.  No beginners please.  Level 2 class

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you reach improve and perfect poses, correct posture and positioning, and improve your breathing and outlook on life.

Enhance Your Wellness


Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. 

Calm Your Mind


Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.   

Series and workshops

5 Week Intro to Yoga


Have you wanted to try yoga but didn't know where to start?  This is the class for you.  This 5 week consecutive series teaches you everything you need to know to walk into any yoga class with confidence.  Sign up in advance to reserve your spot!  You must register in advance for this series.

Yoga for Golfers Workshop


This men's only workshop will add strength, focus and flexibility to your golf game.  Learn how to warm up with movements to improve range of motion, build core stability, prevent pain and up your game.  Workshop begins Wednesday March 6th @ 7 pm and runs every Wednesday for 4 weeks.  Class time is 1 hour each week.
