Root to Rise - 1 Hour

Rise and shine!  An awakening experience that inspires you to move to t he sweetness of the morning.  This Vinyasa Style class is open to all levels.

Soulful Flow - 1 Hour

This all level flow is a rhythmic lengthening practice led by soulful playlists and the intuitive movement of within.

Weekend Reset - 1 Hour

Start your weekend off right.  Join us for this mixed level flow class designed to energize your body and clear your mind from the stresses of the work week.


ABOUT OUR EVENING CLASSES

Yoga Basics - 1 Hour

Move, balance, stretch and flow through this mixed level class suitable for all levels. Concentration on alignment and use of the breath allows you to step away from your busy life and move into the present moment.

Beginner Hot Yoga - 1 Hour

 If you've always wanted to try Hot Yoga but are new to the practice, this class is a great way to experience hot yoga with slow and simple postures.

Spirited Flow - 1 Hour

Strengthen your body and soul through this spirited level 2 practice that combines vigorous vinyasa and creative asana connections to awaken your inner fire.  For advanced yoga students.

Hot Power Flow - 1 Hour

For advanced yoga practitioners who know how to listen to their bodies.  This dynamic vinyasa flow series offers the heat, both externally and internally.  You'll greet this practice building heat rapidly and continue with explorations into inversions, arm balances and back bends.

Core & Restore - 1 Hour

This practice is all about self-care.  First we focus on strengthening the core followed by restorative poses to help you unwind and release.  All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga - 1 Hour

This class is for those who want to practice slowly and intently.  Suitable for all levels, this class is full of stretching and connecting movement with breath in a slow, mindful way.

4 Week Intro Series

This is a 4 week series designed to take someone who has never done yoga before through all the basic postures and poses.  A strong emphasis is placed on proper body alignment and breathing technique.  Must register for this series in advance.  Check our shop for the next available date.

Feet Up Trainer Class - 1 Hour

Elevate your practice with this unique and playful variation.  Receive the same benefits as a traditional yoga practice  with and added twist.  This is an all levels class, however, prior yoga experience is required.

4 Week Prenatal Yoga

Having a baby is an exciting time!  But it can also be a time of worry and anxiety.  Nourish your body and mind with this gentle flow series geared towards movement and breath to relax you and prepare your body and mind for the new life to come.
