Hi I'm Susan! I'm the sole owner and operator of Yoga On Main. I am an Alliance Certified 200 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor with 18 years of yoga experience.
I took my 200 hr teacher training in Pittsburgh at Yoga Hom in Robinson Township and currently I'm continuing my training for my 500 hr with the Himalayan Institute in Mount Lebanon, PA. I am a life long resident of the Ohio Valley and hope to begin a thriving yoga community right here in our home town.
I found yoga after a tragic accident left my body beaten and broken. Yoga gave me movement back to my body and a way of life that has transformed me both in body and in mind. I studied to become a teacher to share this beautiful gift.

That truly is what yoga is to me and what inspired me to begin teaching. I am a 200 hr certified yoga teacher with a passion for Vinyasa and Power flow. Yoga became a part of my life 16 years ago when my first son was born and I needed to bounce back. I immediately fell in love, my body responded so naturally to yoga. But it wasn't until recently when I dove into teacher training that my true passion was ignited. My sadhana, or daily devotional practice, began and through this shift from occasional yogi to devoted yogi, I was able to learn to live my true self.
Yoga keeps me centered throughout my crazy schedule that includes raising 3 boys and formulating/crafting organic body care products for my small business.
I love where yoga takes me and I love sharing it with others.
Hi I'm Joy! I have loved the practice of Yoga since 2010. After completing my 200 hr. teacher training in November of 2015, I have been primarily teaching Ashtanga based Vinyasa Flow style classes. I do enjoy teaching other styles as well. One of my greatest joy's in life is sharing this practice that I love so much and watching as the student's progress in their practice.
I'm Barb! I am a 200 hr. Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor. I did my teacher training at SHPY in Pittsburgh with a focus on Power Vinyasa style hot yoga. I later branched out to get certified in Yin Yoga. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ACE and a group fitness instructor.
